Return & Exchange Policy
Our return policy is only applicable to the following:
- You receive a defective item.
- You receive an incorrect item.
Defective and/or Incorrect Item
All goods undergo additional steps of quality control before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or defective product, please e-mail us at margomanner@gmail.com with a clear picture of the damage within 7 business days after you receive your purchase.
We will be in touch with you on the next steps to take.
All return and exchange processes are subject to product availability.
If an item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund of the product value in the form of store credits or the original payment method for defective or incorrect items received.
Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
The following are not considered defects and are NOT eligible for return or exchange:
- Ordered wrong size or item does not fit well.
- Slight size differences in the size chart (All measurements are subject to a 0.5" to 1.5" difference).
- We strive to present the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. Post-production adjustments ensure that the colors are depicted as true to life as we can make them. However, various devices and individual perceptions can alter how colors appear. Since these factors are out of our control, we cannot be held liable for purchases made based on color misperceptions.
- Small imperfections such as slight variations in print placement, alignment, or minor ink spots may occur due to the nature of direct-to-garment printing. While we strive to maintain high-quality printing standards, these small imperfections are not considered defects. Each item is individually printed, and minor differences from piece to piece may be expected.
- Loose or accumulated fabric threads as it does not affect the wearability of the product. You may simply cut off any threads if it is uncomfortable.
- Items that have been deliberately damaged to be eligible for returns.
- Items that have become defective after washing/ironing/handling by customers.
- Any used/washed/worn/handled items.
- Discounted and/or products on sale, including orders that used any discount or promo codes.
Exchange Policy for Backorder and/or Instock Item(s)

Backorder Items
Backorder item(s) are not eligible for exchange. For backorders, we only produce the exact number of orders received, and hence, we do not carry any additional in-stock items.

Instock Items
For instock items, exchange requests are subject to availability of stock for the desired product. If desired stock is unavailable, exchanges and/or refunds are not allowed.
Exchange requests must be emailed to us within 7 business days upon receiving the product (i.e., the date the item is delivered).
Return items must reach us within 7 business days from the dispatched date. Returning parcels incur a return fee of SGD 6.50, fulfilled by the courier company, Ninja Van. A pickup window time will be arranged with you so the courier can pick up your returned items from your doorstep.
Additional shipping fees incurred for return (SGD 6.50) & reshipment (SGD 4.00) will be borne by the customer.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with hang tags attached and respective plastic packaging.
- Items should not show any signs of being worn/washed/handled/ironed.
We reserve the right to refuse or reject returns or exchanges if the aforementioned conditions are not met.

Margo Manner reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
